Where are you located?
Our studio is located in the Harlem area of Manhattan near City College.  We can be reached by the 2/3 or B/C Trains to 135th  Street stops or the express A/D to 125th. The exact address to the studio is given once your booking is confirmed.

What are your hours?
Studio hours will be flexible during COVID. Typically Monday – Friday from 10am- 7pm with some occasional evening hours which will be posted on the booking site.  A $10 surcharge applies to bookings on weekends and holidays if applicable.

How do I book a session?
Click on BOOK A SESSION or the RATES tab and select the service you need. After you complete your booking you will receive a confirmation email with all of the details.

What are your rates for regular Self Tape Sessions?
30 mins – $40
60 mins – $80
90 mins – $105
30 mins is the minimum session. For more pricing info visit the RATES page.

What is your COVID Policy?
We are following the NY State Laws and all clients must show proof of vaccination.

How much time should I book?
Typically one page takes 1 min depending on the dialogue. Keep in mind that we rehearse the scene before taping it. We also watch it in playback so factor those things in when making your appointment. Time spent over the session is billed at $1 per minute.

Is editing included?
Editing is done during the time you book.  Anything over the booked time is billed at $1 a min.  Editing typically takes 10 mins on average.

Casting is requesting the file a certain size and a full body slate. Can you do that?
Yes. Please give us all the specifications casting is requiring in the notes session when you book.

What is included the session?
We provide you with a professional (male) reader,  a run thru of the scene(s) and/or song(s), filming, playback on a HD TV, editing, AND uploading and emailing via We Transfer.

Do you offer coaching?
Yes. We offer “light”coaching and in depth coaching is available for purchase. The sides and breakdown must be emailed prior to the session.

When will I receive the tape?
Tapes are delivered within 20 mins of the session during COVID.

What if I need additional takes?
One take of each scene or song is included in the price. Additional takes are $5 each edit.

Do you upload to other platforms?
Yes. We are familiar with YouTube, Vimeo, EcoCast, DropBox etc. Just provide us with your user name and password. We can also email the tape directly to your representation.

What is your set up?
We have two soft box lighting stands, a Panasonic 4k Camera, a HD flat screen TV,  an AZDEN  Boom Mic and Pole and a Harmon Bluetooth Speaker . We also have various background colors – Grey, Black, Blue, White & Green.

Do you have a table and chair?
Yes.

Do you have a place to change clothes?
Yes there is a bathroom available.

What if I need to cancel my session?
A 24 hours notice is needed to cancel your session. However we are willing to work with you to reschedule depending on our availability. Also if you are feeling unwell, please stay at home and we will try to accommodate you another time or refund you your money.

What types of payment do you accept?
Venmo, Cash App and Zelle/ Quick Pay are strongly preferred. Credit/Debit Card 4% processing fee).  A credit card is required to reserve a time online however you pay at the end of your session.  A receipt is provided.

How long do you keep the files?
Files are kept for 7 days and then deleted. Once you receive your WeTransfer file with your audition, please download it to your hard drive as the link expires in 7 days.
